Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Brand Representation

Affiliates must accurately represent MultiToolHub's brand, products, and services. All promotional materials should reflect current features and pricing.

Promotional Guidelines

• No spamming, unsolicited emails, or misleading promotions
• No use of illegal traffic sources or bot networks
• No trademark bidding on "MultiToolHub" or variations
• No false claims about product capabilities
• No unauthorized use of copyrighted materials

Content Standards

All promotional content must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including FTC disclosure requirements for affiliate relationships.

Commission Calculation

Commissions are calculated based on net revenue from qualified referrals, excluding taxes, refunds, and chargebacks. Current commission rates are:

• Standard Rate: 30% recurring commission
• Premium Partners: Up to 40% for high-performing affiliates
• First-time Purchases: 25% one-time commission

Refunds & Reversals

If a customer receives a refund, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your next payment. Chargebacks result in immediate commission reversal.

Payout Schedule

Minimum payout threshold: $50. Payments are processed monthly on the 15th for the previous month's earnings. Pending period: 30 days for fraud prevention.

Real-time Tracking

Our dashboard provides real-time tracking of clicks, conversions, and earnings. While we strive for accuracy, technical issues may occasionally cause discrepancies.

Cookie Policy

We use first-party cookies to track referrals. The default cookie duration is 60 days from the initial click. Commission is awarded to the last affiliate cookie.

Tracking Limitations

We cannot track conversions when cookies are blocked, deleted, or when users employ private browsing modes. Direct URL entries after the initial click may not be tracked.

Supported Payout Methods

• PayPal (most regions)
• Bank Transfer (selected countries)
• Wise (international transfers)
• Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT) - minimum $100

Payment Thresholds

Minimum payout: $50. Earnings below this amount will roll over to the next payment cycle. There are no maximum payout limits.

Tax Compliance

Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to their earnings. We provide necessary tax documentation for US-based affiliates earning over $600 annually.

Strictly Prohibited

• Bidding on "MultiToolHub" trademarks or variations in PPC campaigns
• Domain squatting with MultiToolHub-related domains
• Making false claims about product capabilities or earnings potential
• Using automated software, bots, or fraudulent traffic
• Promoting through adult, hate, or illegal content sites
• Cookie stuffing or forced redirects

Penalties for Violations

Violations may result in immediate termination, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and legal action where appropriate. We investigate all reports of fraudulent activity.

Confidential Information

Affiliates must keep MultiToolHub's internal data, including commission rates, product roadmaps, and business strategies, confidential unless explicitly authorized for disclosure.

Non-Disclosure

This includes but is not limited to: unreleased product features, financial data, marketing strategies, and proprietary technology information.

Obligations

The confidentiality obligation continues for 2 years after termination of the affiliate relationship, except for trade secrets which remain protected indefinitely.

Termination Reasons

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for:

• Fraudulent activity or policy violations
• Inactivity for 6+ consecutive months
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Threats to brand reputation

Data Retention

After termination, we retain affiliate data for 3 years for compliance and reporting purposes. Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Post-Termination

Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to the affiliate immediately cease. You must remove all MultiToolHub branding and tracking links from your sites.

Limitation of Liability

MultiToolHub's total liability to affiliates shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable in the 6 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

Affiliate Responsibility

Affiliates are solely responsible for their marketing activities, content, and compliance with applicable laws. You indemnify MultiToolHub against claims arising from your promotional activities.

No Warranties

The affiliate program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee specific earnings or continuous service availability.

Modification Rights

MultiToolHub reserves the right to update these terms at any time. We'll provide 30 days notice of material changes via email and dashboard notifications.

Acceptance of Changes

Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your account.

Historical Terms

Previous versions of these terms are archived and available upon request. The effective version is always accessible through your affiliate dashboard.

Legal Notices
